Gain Share/"No Win No Fee" Cost Reduction
Our main service focus is cost reduction, We will aim to slash your IT expenses significantly without compromising quality. This will be based on a preliminary spend and contract analysis, opportunity assessment and tailored strategy creation. We will use our negotiation expertise to negotiate on behalf of you and we will aim to reduce the cost of the IT products and services you have already contracted for in a way that is fair and does not overcharge you compared to what the most competitive market cost for similar products and services of similar quality is. Achieved savings can largely vary, but they can be in the range of 10% to 25%.
We will not charge you for our services until we achieve cost reduction by negotiating and signing a contract with reduced pricing ("No win no fee" or gain share approach).
Our commission is very competitive - 15% of the achieved and validated savings.
If we need to conduct opportunity assessment (i.e. analyse spend and contracts to identify savings opportunities), we might charge a small fee for this (subject to negotiations during the initial discussions with you).

RFP/Tender Management
We will run your RFPs/tenders on behalf of you applying the highest standards of procurement practices.
We will help you prepare the RFP, launch it, define evaluation criteria, evaluate offers, negotiate with suppliers and advise in the vendor selection process.
We will apply our negotiation expertise to achieve the lowest cost possible with the final selected vendor (in many cases significantly below the original quote).
Our fees can vary depending on the complexity of the RFP, but we can offer competitive fees starting from EUR 650 per tender.

Contract Negotiation/Contract Renewal Management
We will negotiate a new contract or negotiate a renewal of an existing one using our expert procurement knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
We will include contractual clauses in the contracts with the vendors that protect your company's interests and mitigate risks in the best way.
We will negotiate contract terms with the vendors on your behalf having your best interests at heart.
We will take into consideration the specifics of the product or service that is being contracted and tailor the contract to it (software license or subscription, SaaS service, infrastructure hosting services, hardware, IT services etc.)
Our fees can vary based on the complexity of the contract, but we can offer competitive rates starting from EUR 450 per contract.

Supplier Management
We will ensure there is robust supplier management process for your key suppliers.
We will perform regular meetings with them to track their performance against the agreed contractual SLAs or KPIs.
In case of a deviation of supplier performance from the committed SLAs we will discuss with the suppliers possible improvement actions to bring performance in line with the SLAs or KPIs. In some cases payment of service credits for non-compliance with the SLAs or KPIs might be discussed.
In case of non-performance issues seriously impacting the service provided these will be escalated to the vendor's management team and a speedy issue resolution will be sought.

Our fees can vary depending on the complexity of the engagement, but we can offer competitive fees starting from EUR 5000 per month for managing up to 30 key supplier contracts.
